Google Maps is used to find or select the nearest store, as well as to locate online store locations, verify the delivery area, and calculate delivery time and cost.
Legal basis
The legal basis for us is the legitimate interest of both parties (Art. 6 para. 1 lit. f DSGVO). The use of Google Maps can also be based on your consent pursuant to Art. 6 para. 1 lit. a. DSGVO and Section 25 (1) TTDSG, provided that Google Maps has not been preselected as a service under "Preferences" in the Consent Manager or you have declined all services. You will then have the opportunity to give your consent at a later date, provided that this is required by us for the order process for delivery. If you place a delivery order, it also serves us as a legal basis for processing the location data in the context of the execution of the contract Art. 6 para. 1 lit. b DSGVO.
